How to Size Your Misting System

Sizing your misting system starts with three decisions: pressure level, fan style and nozzle placement. High pressure systems at 1000 PSI deliver the driest, most powerful cooling for patios, restaurants and commercial spaces. Mid pressure systems at 200 PSI offer a strong balance of performance and value. Low pressure systems work well for open outdoor areas with good airflow. Care & Maintenance

Proper maintenance keeps your misting system performing at full capacity season after season. Use filtered water to prevent mineral buildup in nozzles, flush lines at the start and end of each season, inspect mounts and fittings for wear and wipe fan guards clean. Most Cool-Off™ components use push-to-connect fittings for fast, tool-free swaps. Replacement nozzles, filters and tubing are available in Misting Accessories.
