Refund Policy

Within 10 days of receipt of merchandise, customer must receive an Authorization from our Service Department at 800-504-6478 prior to return. Product must arrive back to us in “Like New Condition” and cost of return is customer’s responsibility. We do not accept cancellations once the order has been placed online and we do not Price Match. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used or by check if a check was used, less a 30% restocking fee plus the original price of shipping, within 5 days of receipt of merchandise in original packing.

All orders for Cabanas, Custom Shade Sails, and Umbrellas are Fabricated to Customer Preference and as such are considered FINAL.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not share your information with anyone for any reason. We may, however collect information on our server for the purpose of keeping you up to date on our new products or special sales that may be of interest.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best available for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all personal information, including credit card number and address, so it may not be located by others.

Shipping and Delivery Policies

Our policy is to ship all orders within 3-10 business days of receipt. Depending on customer location and size of items we may ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS with proof of receipt. Transit time is two to four business days within the continental United States. Stainless steel tubing (10 foot length) ship separately and take 4-6 business days depending on location.

Oversized items my ship via common carrier (truck). We will always endeavor to minimize customer shipping cost without sacrificing speed unless otherwise directly. If we are out of stock on any item(s) the customer will be quickly advised and products shipped ASAP at our expense.

Residential delivery through UPS or Fedex will be dropped at the front door. For larger items, the customer will be called for an appointment.
